This Large 3BHK home had 2 balconies , with current world situations working from home has become a new norm. The need for a home office arose and the clients chose to use one of the balconies and make a space for a home office. We made some major civil additions to the space to enclose it and we turned it into a home office cum study room. The room is an extension of the living room and the colours have been kept similar to the living room.

Transforming a small balcony into a dining space is a great way to maximize your outdoor living area. The balcony now feels like a part of the kitchen area and makes the living space much larger and now the clients are able to eat together as a family. The windows have been provided in a way that they can be fully opened and the feel of the balcony is fully maintained. Keeping the space neutral and using textures and laminates same as the living room, this balcony feels like an extension of the kitchen and living space

We made this small balcony a very cozy and contemporary space to unwind and relax. To start off, we added faux grass on the floor which instantly gave the balcony a unique touch. Next, we added a lot of potted plants on the floor as well as on one of the walls, where we wanted to create a miniature vertical garden with all the wooden planters. Along with some wall art, we gave this balcony a warm spin with some lights and candles that instantly elevated the space. And to complete the makeover, we bought in a tiny yet versatile wooden table with chairs.
