Small spaces need special attention to make them look larger and accommodate all the requirements. We wanted to bring the feeling of a Parisian cafe into this compact living room. Designing this space was all about making it a cozy home that resonates with the people living in it, making it their dream abode! Keeping in mind the small space, we started the transformation by adding a highlight corner of two colourful chairs that add a pop to the living room. For the dining room, we wanted it to be a place where the family can sit together and entertain their guests. The Parisian cafe theme was maintained throughout the dining room as well!
Compact homes can accomodate your requirements. This project is a proof of that. Our dear client who has been following our channel wanted a home that she could, work, unwind and entertain in and we provided her with just that. This compact 2BHK has all the amenities that a regular home provided. Colourful is what she mentioned and we gave her just that. The home is beautiful with the right amount of colour balanced with wood and neutral tones.
Some spaces tell you how they want to be dressed. This was one such Living room, It had very good bones and structural integrity but needed a little help in dressing up and we at Fulcrum helped our client do just that. We transformed this space from a cluttered and small looking space to a a minimal yet functional and aesthetic looking space. We aimed to seamlessly blend the living, dining and kitchen space so that the space feels larger and functional.
A comfortable, cozy and easy to maintain household, we got to transform this blank canvas for a young lady. We opened up the kitchen which in turn increased the flow of light and air, we also adjoined the dry balcony to widen up the working space. Sticking to the Scandinavian and minimal theme across with symmetry and decor, we added a lot of storage and also provided a breakfast counter. We decided the colour scheme to be natural wood, white and grey, and also adorned the space with country house elements throughout.
Red is not our choice of colour for a kitchen, But when our client dreams of having a red kitchen, we definitely try and give them what they want. This kitchen incorporates all the clients requirements and is vibrant and colourful. This parallel kitchen has ample amount of storage space on both sides of the kitchen. The under-counter and overhead storage provided accommodates all the kitchen products owned by the client and yet keeps everything looking tidy and minimal.
Creating a space for a new born is equal parts exciting and surprising! Fulcrum designed this nursery in the cutest manner, keeping in mind the the usability of the bedroom throughout the child’s stages of growth. The choice of the colour palette was kept to muted and soft pastels, while pops of bright colours were bought in through some accessories and a feeding chair, which also got it’s own foot stool and side table for the mother’s needs. The walls were done up with polka dots and triangles to create texture, and fun frames were added too. One side of the room got a pull out bed, while the other got a set of cabinets and shelves to act as a versatile wardrobe. We also gave the room a movable trolley and added a console table to store essentials, while turning it’s top into the perfect feeding station.
A compact second home for a banker who wanted this home to have a minimal, clean and aesthetic vibe. The rooms have been provided with the essential furniture pieces and kept the floors bare. The colours are muted and neutral with a pop here and there. The living room has been provided with ample seating and the entertainment unit has been made as an extension of the wall
